Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and WolfHub ("WolfHub", "we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing one of our products, accessing our websites, participating in our Discord communities, or using any WolfHub automation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are acting on behalf of a Roblox group, company, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

Definitions

• "Products" include any scripts, automations, interfaces, builds, graphics, documentation, and related assets sold or licensed by WolfHub.
• "Customer" refers to the individual or organization purchasing or licensing WolfHub products.
• "Authorized Reseller" refers to an individual or entity licensed by WolfHub under a valid reseller agreement.
• "Staff Platforms" refers to the staff.wolfhub.online and management.wolfhub.online portals, bots, and dashboards used to deliver operational functionality.

License Grant & Use Rights

Subject to these Terms, WolfHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased product within one Roblox experience, Discord guild, or project, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Product Delivery & Updates

Products are delivered digitally through verified Roblox accounts, Discord bots, or secured file distribution. Delivery details, including expected timeframes, are communicated in your purchase confirmation.

WolfHub may provide updates, patches, or enhancements at its discretion. Customers with valid licenses will receive updates relevant to their product tier. Continued access may require re-verification of license ownership.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Chargebacks

All sales are final. Because digital assets are immediately delivered and cannot be "returned," refunds or exchanges are only granted when:

• A critical defect makes the product unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
• You were charged in error for duplicate purchases and notify us within 48 hours.

Refunds are not provided for mistaken purchases, preference changes, or dissatisfaction with obfuscation. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback will result in license termination and blacklisting from WolfHub services.

Resale & Distribution

Only Authorized Resellers with a current permit may resell WolfHub products. Unauthorized resale, leaking, or public distribution (including "free release" channels) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate blacklisting, DMCA takedowns, and potential legal action.

Reseller conduct is further defined in the WolfHub Reseller Terms of Service and Reseller Policy. In the event of conflict, the reseller documents control for authorized resellers.

Obfuscation & Security

WolfHub products may be obfuscated, watermarked, or include license checks for the purpose of protecting intellectual property and preventing tampering. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept these measures.

Any attempt to bypass security features, remove anti-leak tooling, or share debugging output that aids circumvention is a breach of these Terms.

Staff Platforms & Account Responsibilities

Staff and management tools (including the WolfHub Discord bots and partner APIs) rely on accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API tokens, and Discord accounts. All actions taken under your credentials are your responsibility.

WolfHub may suspend, revoke, or throttle access at any time to protect system stability or investigate abuse.

Data & Privacy

By using WolfHub services, you consent to the handling of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information. Where required by law, we will obtain separate consent for certain processing activities.

Compliance & Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any behavior that violates these Terms or threatens WolfHub, our partners, or customers. Actions may include license revocation, account suspension, blacklist placement, product disabling, or legal proceedings.

Warranty Disclaimer

WolfHub products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent availability, or compatibility with future Roblox or Discord updates.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to WolfHub for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the incident.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WolfHub, its directors, staff, and partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our products, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice through our website, Discord announcements, or direct communication when changes are material. Continued use of WolfHub services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve informally. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
