Wolf Hub Reseller Policy

License and Usage

This Reseller Policy outlines the terms, responsibilities, and guidelines for purchasing and reselling Wolf Hub products. By purchasing a reseller permit or acting as a reseller, you agree to comply with all terms in this policy.

• Single-Use License: Each purchase grants a license for use in one Tech, Company, or Project only.
• Non-Transferable: Licenses cannot be shared, transferred, or resold outside the permitted guidelines.
• Modification Allowed (Restricted): You may modify products for personal or project-specific use only. Modified products cannot be resold or claimed as original work.
• No Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any product is strictly prohibited.
• No Unauthorized Redistribution: Sharing files, scripts, or assets with anyone who has not purchased a valid license is prohibited.

Resale Guidelines

• Minimum Resale Price: Products must be resold for 5–10 Robux above the original purchase price, or higher. Example: Military GUI purchased at 700 Robux must be resold at 705–710 Robux or higher.
• Price Integrity: Resellers must not undercut other authorized resellers or manipulate market prices.
• Payment Methods: Products purchased with Robux may only be resold for Robux. Products purchased with USD may be resold for Robux or USD. Third-party payment methods are not permitted unless explicitly approved by Wolf Hub.

Reseller Permits & Restrictions

• Authorized Reselling: Resellers may sell products only in accordance with this policy.
• Non-Transferable Permit: Reseller permits cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.
• Permit Types: Robux Reseller Permit (resale for Robux only) and USD & Robux Reseller Permit (resale for either Robux or USD).
• Permit Revocation: Wolf Hub may revoke reseller permits at any time for violations.

Attribution & Branding

• Mandatory Credit: Listings and promotions must credit Wolf Hub as the original developer (e.g., "Credits to Wolf Hub" or "Product developed by Wolf Hub").
• Brand Integrity: Misrepresenting products or claiming ownership is prohibited.

Support & Communication

• Active Membership Required: Resellers must remain active in the Wolf Hub Discord server to access support, updates, and permit verification.
• Customer Support Responsibility: Resellers handle first-line support for their customers. Issues may be escalated to Wolf Hub support only if unresolved.
• Timely Response: Customer inquiries should be addressed promptly (within 24–48 hours recommended).

Reseller Benefits

• Free Product Updates: Authorized resellers receive all updates and improvements at no extra cost.
• Dedicated Support Channel: Special Discord role provides access to reseller resources, updates, and announcements.
• Marketing Assets: Wolf Hub may provide promotional materials for authorized resellers.

Prohibited Actions

Resellers must not:

• Sell or transfer reseller permits.
• Undercut other authorized resellers or manipulate market pricing.
• Share product files or assets with unauthorized parties.
• Claim Wolf Hub products as original work.
• Circumvent license restrictions or security.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or scams using Wolf Hub products.

Violations may result in permit revocation, blacklisting, product disabling, or legal action.

Compliance & Enforcement

• Revocation of Permits: Violations may result in immediate loss of reseller privileges.
• Disabling Unauthorized Products: Unauthorized licenses may be disabled to maintain product integrity.
• Blacklisting: Violators may be publicly blacklisted and reported to partners or communities.
• Legal Action: Wolf Hub may pursue legal remedies for intellectual property infringement or fraud.

Liability & Disclaimer

• Limited Liability: Wolf Hub is not responsible for losses or disputes from resale activities.
• No Warranty: Products are provided "as-is," with no expressed or implied warranties.
• Customer Disputes: Resellers are responsible for resolving disputes; Wolf Hub may assist at its discretion.

Termination

• Wolf Hub may terminate any reseller relationship at any time for cause.
• Termination includes loss of access to updates, support, and reseller benefits.
• Licenses sold by terminated resellers may be disabled to protect product integrity.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or reselling Wolf Hub products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms outlined in this policy. Wolf Hub may update this policy at any time, with notifications provided through official channels.
