WolfHub Reseller Terms

Terms and conditions for authorized resellers of WolfHub products and services.

Eligibility & Approval

Only partners who have been explicitly approved by WolfHub may participate in the reseller programme. Approval is granted on a per-organisation basis and may be withdrawn at any time if programme expectations are not met. Reseller accounts are non-transferable.

Product Handling

  • Resellers must distribute the exact builds provided by WolfHub. Modifying source code, removing branding, or injecting additional scripts is prohibited.
  • All product descriptions must accurately reflect WolfHub features and limitations. Claims that are not included in our official marketing materials are not allowed.
  • Keys, licensing tokens, or delivery files must be stored securely. Any leak originating from a reseller account will result in immediate termination from the programme.

Pricing & Revenue Share

  • Minimum advertised pricing (MAP) must be honoured. WolfHub may set floor pricing for each product to preserve brand positioning.
  • All payments must go through the reseller's approved checkout and be reported to WolfHub in the provided sales tracking sheet within 48 hours.
  • Revenue share percentages are defined in the reseller onboarding agreement. WolfHub reserves the right to adjust percentages with 14 days' notice.

Customer Support Responsibilities

Resellers are the first line of support for their customers. WolfHub will assist with escalations relating to critical bugs or licensing issues. Routine questions, fulfilment, and onboarding must be handled by the reseller.

Refund requests must follow WolfHub's refund policy. Resellers must obtain written approval from WolfHub before issuing a refund on our behalf.

Marketing & Branding Guidelines

  • WolfHub logos and product imagery may be used only in the context of promoting official WolfHub releases.
  • Advertising must clearly state that the reseller is an authorised WolfHub partner and include the reseller's own support contact details.
  • Paid campaigns or affiliate programmes referencing WolfHub must be pre-approved in writing.

Compliance & Termination

WolfHub may audit reseller activity at any time. Failure to provide requested sales records, customer logs, or proof of delivery within five (5) business days will be treated as a breach of this agreement.

WolfHub may suspend or terminate reseller status for breach of these terms, customer abuse, or behaviour that damages the WolfHub brand. Upon termination you must cease all sales and promotional activity immediately.
